At Labrador we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours and work with Royal Mail and selected international couriers on our shipping. We currently offer shipping across Europe and a few international destinations but if you don't see your country listed and would like to order from us, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
Some items, such as those that are made-to-order, may take longer to dispatch but this will be clearly stated on the item’s description.
UK shipping is a flat fee of £3.95 or free on all orders over £75 (applied automatically at checkout). Orders are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd class and take between 3 – 5 days after dispatch. If you need your order sooner, please drop us an email to arrange special delivery.

Parcel size is determined by weight and is calculated at checkout. Small parcels weigh under 3kg and large, over 3kg. European zones are as follows:
- Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden
- Zone 2: Andorra, Bulgaria, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Greece, Greenland, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Norway, Romania, San Marino, Slovenia and Switzerland
- Zone 3: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Georgia, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Reunion, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine
Returns & Exchanges
Here at Labrador, most of our products are handmade. As such, they can vary from one to the next and so do not always exactly match the pictures on our website.
We hope you’ll be happy with your order but if there’s something you’d like to return or exchange just contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt. We offer a full refund policy on all full-priced items, provided that they unused and are returned in their original condition with all packaging intact. Please note, we do not accept returns on sale items.
Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse delivery costs for your order and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your item(s) back to us.
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll send you an email to let you know that we’ve received them. We’ll check them over and let you know once your return has been approved which should be within 5 working days subject to satisfactory conditions.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
We are happy to change or cancel your order up until the day of dispatch, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to do so.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in packing your order beautifully and safely but if something has arrived damaged, please let us know as soon as possible after you receive it (and within 14 days to be eligible for a refund). If you can take a picture and send it with your email, that would be really helpful too.We insist on the highest quality in all of our products which is why we like to work directly with makers so much; however, if you feel that you have received an item which does not meet these high standards, please do let us know. Again, it would be helpful to include any images which could illustrate your reason for return.
